Returns
Returns are eligible for ready to ship orders from 7 days after receipt of purchase .
We do not offer refunds for "made to be order items" unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, including the jewelry box and branded pouch, within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange
We accept exchanges on orders over $500 in value. The item must be:
- In its original, unworn condition
- Returned with its full original packaging (box, pouch, etc.)
- Initiated within 7 days of receipt
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Please Note
- Personalized, customized, or altered pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
- We recommend shipping returns in a hard case or protective box to avoid damage in transit.
